6-3-6 When the automatic grille doesn't operate.

1. Inspection Items

1) Power Voltage (AC198V ~ AC242V)

2) Assembly of Connector between both Motors

2. Inspection Procedure

Check if louvers have mechanical problem.

It happens when the power

doesn't come in

Checking motor connection,

Poor motor

PCB Replace

Turn off the power and on 5 seconds later.

Not a breakdown(normal).

Does the standard lamp twinkle 3 minutes before it goes out?

Checking connection and apparatus assembly condition.

Are both auto grilles open during operation? (left and right)

Does the GND voltage of connector(CN63, CN64) 2, 3, 4

and 5 range from DC 6V to 8V? (when louvers are operat-

ing)

Does the GND voltage of connector(CN63, CN64) 2, 3, 4

and 5 range from DC 12V? (when louvers are operating)
